CrafterCrew makes watercolor and line-and-wash portraits from photos, framed and delivered anywhere in Thailand. We have no storefront: every order comes through LINE, and every piece is made by us at our home studio on Phetkasem 68, Bangkok.
What we do, and why
The most meaningful photo a family owns is rarely on the wall. It's on a phone, among thousands of others: the graduation, the wedding, the parents when they were young, the accidental shot everyone loves.
Our work is to take that photo and paint it again in watercolor — keeping the faces, the light and the mood — then frame it, add a name or a date underneath, and send it back as a one-of-one object that can be hung, given, and kept far longer than an image on a screen.
Most of our customers are children ordering for their parents, teams pooling money for a retiring boss, friends buying for a bride and groom, and people who want to keep a portrait of a pet. These gifts are given once, so we show you the artwork before printing, every time, and revise until you're happy.

Our artist draws every line and light in Procreate and Photoshop until the portrait truly belongs to your family — and you always see it before you pay the balance.

See your draft within 24–36 hours, with revisions that don't require repainting the whole piece.
Your file lives forever
Reprint anytime — an extra frame for relatives, a new size, or a replacement if the original is ever damaged. Second frames come at a special price.
Sharp at every size
Digital artwork prints equally crisp from A5 to A3 — no detail lost to scanning.
Who's behind it
CrafterCrew was started in 2023 by Batt and his wife. It's a two-person studio that does every step in-house: the LINE conversation, composing the picture, refining the details, printing, framing, packing and shipping. There's no sales team and no auto-reply. The person answering your chat is the person making your portrait.
We're based on Phetkasem 68 in Bang Khae, Bangkok. There's no shop to walk into, but neighbours can arrange a hand-off in person, and Bangkok customers can get same-day courier delivery by Lineman or Grab.
What we promise
- See it before you pay the balance
- A deposit from 200 THB starts the work. We send a draft within 24–36 hours, with two rounds of revisions, and you pay the rest only when you're happy.
- Honesty before we start
- If a photo is too small, too dark or the face isn't clear, we say so before taking the order — not after. Complex compositions are quoted up front.
- Damage guarantee
- Film the unboxing. If anything arrives damaged in transit, we make a new one and ship it.
- Your file stays with us
- Reprint, resize, or order an extra frame for relatives at any time without starting over.
