- When should I order to make it in time?
- December is our busiest month. Order by early December if you can; after mid-month, message us first and we'll tell you honestly whether it's possible.
- I don't have a photo of the recipient.
- Ask someone close to them, or use a photo they posted themselves — or make it a portrait of their family from photos you have. Send what you've got and we'll help choose.
- Is there a price for larger orders?
- Send the quantity and sizes on LINE — the earlier you tell us, the better we can schedule and suggest the best-value sizes.
